The new KX roller is specially designed for thick formats: it reaches levels of stiffness and resistance to bending never touched before. The careful choice of raw materials, the finer grain size on average and higher firing temperatures allow for a very thorough sintering: this allows for a strong improvement in the thermo-mechanical properties and a much smoother roller surface. In this way the surface dirtying of the roller is limited, allowing to reduce the frequency of maintenance and therefore the costs.
